Bahan-bahan:

  • Mentega putih – 1 kg
  • kental manis – 1 Kaleng susu
  • gula pasir – 250 gr
  • air – 250 ml
  • , 5 sdm jeruk nipis – 1

Cara membuat:

  1. Rebus gula, air, dan air jeruk nipis hingga kental

  2. Masukan mentega dan sirup (gula+air yang telah direbus) tambahkan 1 kaleng susu kental manis. Mixer selama 20 menit atau hingga mengembang 2x lipat.
