Caramel Sause

Porsi:
Waktu: 30 menit

Bahan-bahan:

  • Gula Pasir – 1 kg
  • butter elle – 100 gram
  • whipping cream cair – 200 gr
  • Pasta Vanilla – 1 sdt

Cara membuat:

  1. Panaskan gula sampai leleh sempurna
  2. Sembari diaduk masukkan whipping cream
  3. Jika sudah tercampur masukkan butter aduk cepat
  4. Aduk sampai mengental dan berwarna coklat muda lalu angkat/matikan kompor
