  • daging rawon – 1 kg
  • air – 2,5 liter
  • bawang putih – 4 bh
  • bawang merah – 4 bh
  • ketumar – 1 sdt
  • kemiri – 2 bh
  • serai – 1 bh
  • laos – 1 cm
  • jahe – 1/2 cm
  • cengkeh – 4 bh
  • kayu manis – 1 cm
  • daun salam – 1 lbr
  • kacang goreng – 5 sdm
  • Garam
  • Penyedap rasa jamur (optional)
  • Sasa (opsional)

Cara membuat:

  1. Oseng smua bumbu, blender campur air dan kacang goreng (kecuali serai dan daun salam) masukkan dalam rebusan daging.
