    Adonan cream cheese:
  • cream cheese anchor – 90 gr
  • unsalted butter anchor – 30 gr
  • gula butir halus – 20 gr
  • Adonan whipped cream;
  • whipped cream bubuk – 75 gr
  • air dingin – 150 gr

Cara membuat:

  1. Mixer cream cheese, gula dan butter hingga lembut. Sisihkan.

  2. Mix whipped cream bubuk dan air dingin hingga kental.

  3. Campurkan adonan whipped cream dan cream cheese hingga rata.
