Krengsengan Daging utk Nasi Campur

Bahan-bahan:

  • daging has dalam, iris2 – 1 kg
  • serai, geprek – 2 bh
  • daun salam – 3 lbr
  • kecap manis – 2 sdm
  • petis udang – 1 sdm
  • gula pasir – 1/2 sdm
  • kaldu sapi bubuk – 1 sdt
  • garam – Secukupnya
  • air – 1 L
  • Bumbu halus:
  • bawang merah – 10 siung
  • bawang putih – 6 siung
  • kemiri sangrai – 5 bh
  • cabe merah, buang bijinya – 5 bh
  • jahe – 1 ruas jari

Cara membuat:

  1. Tumis bumbu halus, serai, daun salam sampe matang dan harum. Masukkan daging, aduk2 sampe berubah warna. Tambahkan air, semua bumbu, masak sampe bumbu meresap, daging empuk, dan air hampir habis. Selesai!
