Bahan-bahan:

  • terigu – 400 gr
  • _800 ml air – 700
  • telur – 1 butir
  • tapioka – 3 sdm
  • baput parut – 3 siung
  • gula pasir – 2 sdm
  • minyak goreng – 3 sdm
  • kaldu bubuk – 1 sdt
  • garam – 2 sdt
  • lada bubuk – 1/2 sdt

Cara membuat:

  1. Campur semua bahan selain air, lalu masukkan air sedikit2 sambil diaduk, sampai kekentalan sesuai selera, saring lalu diamkan 15 menit baru dicetak tipis2 pakai teflon.
