Bahan-bahan:

  • keju parut – 70 gr
  • susu cair full cream – 14 sdm
  • telur – 4 butir
  • gula pasir – 8 sdm
  • sp – 1/4 sdt
  • tepung pro rendah – 120 gr
  • tepung maizena – 1 sdm
  • susu bubuk – 2 1/2 sdm
  • jus lemon – 4 sdm
  • minyak sayur – 10 sdm
  • keju parut buat taburin di atas – Secukupnya

Cara membuat:

  1. Tim keju dan susu sampai keju larut
  2. Mixer telur, gula pasir,sp sampai mengembang
  3. Masukkan bahan kering sambil di ayak
  4. Secara bertahap pakai spatula aduk
  5. Masukkan cream cheese aduk pelan2
  6. Lalu masukkan jus lemon aduk
  7. Lalu aduk minyak aduk balik sampai rata
  8. Tuang ke loyang, dg alas baking paper, parutin keju
  9. Oven suhu 180°C 30-40 menit/sampai matang
