Mango Sticky Rice- Authentic recipe

Bahan-bahan:

  • beras ketan rendam semalam – 250 gr
  • gula pasir – 3,5 sdm
  • Daun pandan
  • Garam
  • Air
  • Tepung maizena/beras
  • Mangga manis – 2
  • Santan kara 65 ml (1 utk saus, 1 utk beras ketan) – 2 bungkus
  • Pasta pandan *optional (krn ku pgn kek yg di resto gajah putih)

Cara membuat:

  1. Kukus beras ketan 15 mins
  2. Simmer gula 3,5 sdm, santan, air (+- 100ml), 1sdt garam, 1/4 sdt pasta pandan
  3. Angkat kukusan, spread out di piring
  4. Masukan larutan santan sedikit demi sedikit,
  5. Kukus lg 20 mins, angkat
  6. Sauce: panaskan santan, air, pandan, 1/2 sdm garam, larutan maizena
  7. Sangrai biji wijen
  8. Platting, selesai
