MIX YELLOW SOUP (SOTO, COTO, LESAH, LAKSA)

Bahan-bahan:

  • White Vermicelli – 1/2 pak
  • Tofu – 1 pc
  • Fish Roll – 1 pc
  • Baso Meat Balls – 2 pcs
  • Carrot – 1 pc
  • grams Grated Young Papaya – 25
  • Garlic – 2 pcs
  • Shallots – 4 pcs
  • Red Chile – 2 pcs
  • Green Chile – 2 pcs
  • Red Jumbo Chile – 1 pc
  • Red Hot Chili Pepper – 1 pc
  • Candlenuts – 3 pcs
  • Pepper seed – 10 pcs
  • Corriander seed – 10 pcs
  • little finger of Ginger – 1/2
  • little finger of Curcumin – 1/2
  • Finger of Galangal Lengkuas – 1
  • Lime Leaves – 2 pcs
  • Bayleaves – 2 pcs
  • Lemongrass – 2 pc
  • Cinnamon – 1 slice

Cara membuat:

  1. Prepare all ingredient and seadoning. Wash, Peel and Cut in your own style

  2. Grind all Pepper, Corriander and Cundlenuts to be a good pasta as well.

  3. Bit and break the other seasoning such as garlic, shallots, Ginger, Galangal, Curcumin etc

  10. For toping you can add fried garlic, fried shallots, green sambal, red sambal, ketchup, slice of lemon, chili sausace and tomatoes sausace. Free!!!
