Mushroom Cream Soup Sehat ala Vegan

Waktu: 20 menit

Bahan-bahan:

  • jamur champignon – 200 gr
  • kacang mede, rendem semalaman – 80 gr
  • roti tawar, potong2 kotak kecil – 3 lbr
  • takar garam – 1 sdt
  • takar totole – 1 sdt
  • Air unt blender kira2 3/4 atau setara tingginya dgn bahannya

Cara membuat:

  1. Blender jamur n kacang.

  2. Masak hingga mendidih, beri garam n totole. Koreksi rasa.
  3. Panggang roti tawar hingga kecoklatan garing.
  4. Sajikan.
