Bahan-bahan:

  • pisang raja matang (Bisa pake pisang ambon) – 3 bh
  • santan kara – 4 sdm
  • keju belcube – 1 bh
  • telur – 1 butir
  • Daun pisang – secukupnya
  • susu uht (bisa diskip) – 100 ml

Cara membuat:

  1. Blender semua bahan
  2. Siapkan daun pisang yang sudah dibersihkan
  3. Masukan adonan kedalam daun pisang 3-5sdm
  4. Kukus kurleb 20menit
