Bahan-bahan:

  • pisang (masukkan freezer dulu, biar dingin) – 1 buah
  • mix berries – 10 gr
  • Yogurt – secukupnya
  • chia seed – Secukupnya

Cara membuat:

  1. Potong semua bahan dan masukkan kedalam blender. Lalu blend sampai halus (me: suka agak kasar, jadi bisa dikunyah kunyah).
